Qualifications:
- Proven longevity work experience in retail sales, preferably within the high-end/luxury fashion industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fashion trends and a passion for the brand.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to handle challenges with a positive attitude.
- People person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving product lines and customer preferences.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in various facets of retail operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide unparalleled customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our brand, products, and collections.
- Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise, offering styling advice when needed.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and work in all facets of the retail environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Japanese and other languages considered a strong asset.
- Flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings and weekends.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
