Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. This is a key role that involves building and maintain new B2B relationships with hospitality industry customers, including country clubs, yacht clubs, and catering and event venues, within Westchester and Fairfield Counties.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales development strategies to achieve company targets and objectives

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Food & Beverage business development in the hospitality industry

- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to understand customer needs

- Demonstrated track record of sales development

- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities

- Experience in outside sales is required
