Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Full-Time Retail Stylist AND Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Retail Stylist at Nobelle, you will be responsible for offering personalized styling services and creating unforgettable shopping experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
Offer expert fashion advice and personalized styling recommendations based on clients' preferences and needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and our boutique's inventory to make informed style suggestions.
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment.
Handle transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous retail and customer service experience is preferred.
A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask.
Proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
