What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Prep & Support:
- Cut, prepare, and organize fresh fruit and toppings such as strawberry, mango, kiwi, cakes, pastries, and crumbles
- Transport prepped food, dirty dishes, and supplies between levels (stairs required)
- Restock ingredients and FOH supplies throughout the day
- Pack, organize (FIFO) delivery orders carefully and accurately
- Support FOH during rushes or as needed by jumping in to help, problem-solve, and keep the team flowing
- Greet and acknowledge our customers when present in FOH areas
Cleaning & Sanitation (Full Accountability):
- Deep clean frozen yogurt machines at the end of shifts (training provided)
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors (BOH and FOH)
- Wipe down and sanitize all counters, prep areas, and equipment regularly
- Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes, utensils, and tools
- Transport clean and dirty dishware between levels as needed
- Change and take out all FOH and BOH trash bins throughout the day and at close
- Keep the garbage area clean, odor-free, and organized
- Clean tables, chairs, customer entryways, and public-facing surfaces throughout the day
- Clean inside and outside windows to maintain a polished look
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized employee restroom
- Spot-clean throughout the shift and follow a closing checklist without exception
- Follow all daily cleaning checklists

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Compliance with NYC Health Code, internal hygiene protocols, and food safety standards is required (training provided)
- Comfortable navigating stairs and able to lift up to 30 pounds as part of the role’s physical requirement
- Flexible availability for evenings, nights, and weekends is require
- DOH Card? Nice to have at least? Or requirement? Bonus points!
