About The Role
As a member of our team, you’ll maintain a smooth and efficient workflow by assisting with a variety of tasks, including:
● Promptly answering and addressing inbound calls and emails
● Providing ongoing support with floral designs and projects as needed
● Performing daily opening procedures and ensuring the shop opens on time
● Checking online orders and networking with vendors
● Change water
● Clean flowers
● Assist customers

● Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
● Previous experience within the floral industry is highly preferred
