New York City Real Estate Group (NYCRE) is looking to hire a full time Office Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Real Estate group's director and CEO with property and tenant management
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Coordinate with management and accounting staff
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond accordingly
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying
Qualifications:
- Real Estate Experience is a plus
- Knowledge of systems like QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Computer and technology proficiency
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Benefits available after 90 days of employment. Salary: $20/Hr.
