- This position is for a NYS licensed real estate salesperson who knows how to get listing appointments, however lacks the time to see it through.
- You get the appointment, we handle the transaction from there.
- Compensation is salary plus commission.
- You need to be personable and pleasant
- Ability to persuade people
- Skilled ( or willing to learn ) in overcoming objections
- Comfortable with rejection
- Persistent with the follow up
- Know how to convince the seller to allow us to preview their home or building
- Familiar with Brooklyn and Queens areas is a plus
