Real estate management company hiring for a back office role. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing maintenance requests and coordinating visits with tenants and superintendent
- Recording bill due date, and paying them on time
-Processing rent payments, following up with past due accounts
- Sending timely lease renewals and other communications
- Tracking insurance expirations
-Scheduling outside contractors, receiving and filing COI
- Scheduling appointments for company President and consistently reminding him of them
Previous property management experience is preferred, as is experience with property management software (preferably Buildium).
To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized (everything should be written down in a way that is easy for you to access and recall) and have thick skin.
