Thirty year seasoned NY. Mortgage Brokerage seeks a Licensed MLO for residential mortgage loan position. Candidate must be licensed and have general knowledge of mortgages for purchase and refinance transactions in New York. The Candidate will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, contacting borrowers, realtors, attorneys, accountants etc and collecting documents from borrowers, and counseling borrowers from the start of the application to the closing table in their mortgage application. General knowledge of Fannie, Mae , FHA, VA and reverse mortgages will be helpful.
We pay a very large commission split for each closed transaction. We also offer qualified leads and outside sources to each originator. We represent 73 lenders across the nation for residential and investment properties including mixed use and multifamily loans.
