Position: Maintenance Technician / Night Supervisor,
Tuesday to Friday 1pm to 10pm. Saturday 8Am to 5PM

Description:
Assist in the management of overall onsite commercial building operations, liaison with existing onsite tenants, manages staff and assists in maintains all existing MEP systems. Motivated and willing to obtain FLSD and Refrigeration operator engineer certificates, education courses paid by company.
Responsibilities:
Provide handyman services throughout the building as needed
Utilizes several trade skills such as plumbing, electrical.
EXPERIENCE IN CHILLER/ BOILER SYSTEMS A PLUS, willing to learn.
Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, equipment and grounds. Filter replacing/cleaning, Fan belts, bearing greasing, sink, toilet, urinals battery operated fixtures.
Develops and maintains a close working relationship with tenants through regular communications. Responds to tenant concerns and problems, and participates in their resolution by clarifying issues, offering suggestions, communicating with staff and providing timely follow up.
Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains and HVAC.
Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, replacing bulbs, ballast, LED drivers.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed
Performs furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed
Develop close working relationships with cleaning crew through regular communication. assist with request.
Learn and manage, building management system to assist with work orders from tenants
supervise staff on ground maintaining such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing (outside cleaning)
MUST be willing to obtain an FLSD certification.
Working weekends or evenings and being on call for after-hour emergencies.
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.

Basic level skills in Outlook Email, MS Word, Excel
