Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll engage with potential customers, leveraging provided leads to promote and sell Select Home Warranty plans. Armed with your sales acumen, you'll adeptly address customer needs, overcome objections, and secure sales over the phone. This role demands high energy, persistence, and a resolute determination to succeed.

Responsibilities:

- Initiate contact with potential customers via phone to present warranty plans (LEADS PROVIDED)

- Enlighten customers on the advantages of home warranty coverage

- Identify customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions

- Navigate objections and execute sales closures (with an average call duration of 8-15 minutes)

- Attain daily and monthly sales targets to qualify for bonuses

- Maintain meticulous records of sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM system

Requirements:

- Demonstrated track record of sales success

- Exceptional communication abilities

- Proficient in negotiation and closing techniques

- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively

- Mastery of sales approaches and scripts

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
