This assignment is simple. Compile rents from 2015 to present 2025 on any 1 bedrooms, 600 - 700Sq' in the L.I.C., New York areas. compare to today's rental price. Compare the buildable square footage from than to today and the increase in the cost of construction and labor and make an adjustment for interest rate to show the loss incurred on the project. Must include all financials measures in model. The analysis will be used in court. Please only serious number's people wanted. Graduate students may apply who are obtaining an MBA in Finance.
