Job Duties:
Administer main website for state procurement orders
o Daily emails and phone calls
o Approve procurement agencies
Review and approve business registry accounts, contractor ads and event and bulletin postings
o Maintain client assistance records
o Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to log all client interactions
Process NYS Preferred Source Applications
o Research and identify businesses and entities for participation in NYS procurement
o Documents all research, outreach and recommendations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree – computer science, information technology or related field
Microsoft Dynamics proficiency
Proven experience as web administrator
Strong knowledge of content management systems and record keeping
Customer services skills
