We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team. Our current team of 8 (who are amazing, by the way) are responsible for scheduling and dispatching service technicians, managing customer calls, and ensuring satisfaction. We have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Some tasks and responsibilities:
Monitor service calls and assign them to field technicians
Track requests and update customers on the status
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs
Provide customer feedback to management
Use computer software to manage activities

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay: $21 during training

Job Requirements:
Previous customer-related roles (office experience in plumbing or other trades not required)
Full-time availability with a schedule that includes morning and evening shifts (not past midnight), a weekend shift, and two days off
