Our client, a leading Global Private Equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team of Managing Directors as well as high level executives. This is a fabulous opportunity, an add to staff (barely any turnover), a hybrid schedule and a fast hire! Candidates should have a minimum of 8+ years of applicable administrative experience within financial services, must have experience booking domestic as well as international travel arrangements and a Bachelor’s degree is required. He/She should be a team player who is able to wear many hats, have excellent MS Office Suite skills, a flexible mindset, must be extremely organized, detail and service-oriented, and proactive. Salary depends on experience 120-140K + B

Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support
Schedule and organize extensive meetings, conference calls, and appointments; create agendas and prepare meeting materials; manage and maintain busy and ever-changing calendars.
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
Serve as a gatekeeper for investment professionals
Prepare and process expense reports
Create Excel spreadsheets and prepare PowerPoint presentations
Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years of applicable EA experience
High proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong attention to detail; extremely detail-oriented
4 year college degree
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proactive; ability to think ahead
Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take on more
