Position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors and callers. You will manage the front desk’s day-to-day operations. Ideal candidate must be able to multitask efficiently while ensuring that all tasks are completed promptly.
Duties include greeting customers, answering phones, take & forward messages, light typing.
You may also be asked to provide additional support services such as filing documents, preparing letters/memos, performing data entry tasks, or making photocopies.
Ideal candidate is familiar with WORD/EXCEL and computer literate.
Hours are 9-5pm / salary commensurate with experience.
