Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Premises Assistant in New York City. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed and this role is fully onsite.Responsibilities: Report to the Head of Administrative Services and support the management of all office locations, including maintenance, renovations, and relocations Coordinate lease requirements, construction projects, and office buildouts under the direction of the Office of the President Assist with office design projects, including sourcing and selecting furniture, finishes, and vendor approvals Maintain relationships with vendors, coordinate payment processing, and manage office service providers Provide general administrative support related to real estate and premises initiatives, including projects outside the direct business unitQualifications: 1-3+ years of experience in administrative support, facilities coordination, or office moves Experience assisting with renovations or managing office relocations Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs in an office setting Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Proactive, adaptable, and able to exercise sound judgment Experience in professional services industries such as finance, legal, consulting, or tech preferredCompensation/Benefits: Up to $85,000-$90,000 plus paid overtime Generous PTOBeacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.California residents: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.If you would like to complete our voluntary self-identification form, please click here or copy and paste the following link into an open window in your browser: https://jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com/eeoc/Completion of this form is voluntary and will not affect your opportunity for employment, or the terms or conditions of your employment.
