Personal assistant in a construction company

Construction and Development company is hiring a personal assistant/office manager for a full time position. The person must have prior experience in this position, and advanced QuickBooks skills. Previous experience in working for a construction company is a must. Must be familiar with the terminology and documentation (proposals, invoices, affidavit documents, spreadsheets with daily expenses, etc.)
