Part - Time Personal Assistant (10 to 15hrs/wk)
Real-estate professional looking for a highly organized and proactive personal assistant who is detail-oriented with a knack for multitasking and a curious mind.
General Tasks : Read, route, and respond to correspondences, and compose emails and other communications. Submit forms to government offices or other organizations as required. Following up with vendors. Interacting with tenants, updating leases and complete general administrative tasks and errands as needed.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
Desirable qualities:
Previous real estate experience
Bookkeeping experience
Additional Requirements:
Ability to handle privileged and confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with coordination of both personal and business-related travel.
Ability to coordinate events, both internal and external, as needed.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Must have reliable internet access and suitable workspace for virtual work
Ability for some hours to be in person
