Kent Services is looking for an operations manager (OM) to join our team in New York to manage relations between security officer, supervisors, human resources and other members of the staff.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Managing and overseeing the day to day operation of a team of security officers and hospitality professionals.
Managing personnel, keeping overtime low and supporting Kent with all operational tasks.
Following up on incidents, issues and disciplinary reports.
Scheduling and staffing all accounts (call outs, extra services and vacations, sick days).
Responsible for maintaining the payroll process in a timely and accurate manner.
Notifying human resources of any allegations of discrimination, mistreatment or harassment.
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience managing security guards or supervising employees in the hospitality field.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline driven, and fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
Candidates with a security license active is a plus.
