Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics & Customer Service Assistant. This is a hands-on position that supports daily operations, customer service, and administrative work.
Responsibilities:
Print and prepare date-specific product labels for daily operations
Answer phone calls from clients and vendors
Handle customer service inquiries, provide updates, and resolve basic issues
Maintain accurate records and assist with basic data entry
Support the operations/logistics team with daily administrative tasks
Keep work area organized and follow company procedures
Requirements:
Fluent in English & Spanish
Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Excel, label software)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Experience in logistics, customer service, or office support is preferred
