Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for client communications and correspondence.
Perform general administrative duties including typing, answering phones, and managing office workflow.
Maintain a consistently polished and professional demeanor.
Collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, and administrators in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a legal or professional office setting is preferred but not required.
