Key Responsibilities:
Accounting: Manage invoicing, purchase orders, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Ordering: Handle quotes and procurement of HVAC materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability for service tasks.
Dispatch: Efficiently coordinate and schedule service calls and dispatch technicians to various job sites.
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in accounting and dispatch roles, preferably in the HVAC or similar industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with accounting software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Capable of making quick decisions and solving problems effectively.
