You will be required to perform clerical and administrative functions such as answering the phones, scheduling appointments, sales calls, and all other office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Clear, Professional and Polished Speaking Voice
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred.
- You must have experience and a strong skill set with sales.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Willing to accept constructive criticism.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook
This is a full-time position Monday-Friday and some Saturdays, with overtime opportunities.
