Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service while managing day-to-day operations to ensure the office runs smoothly
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them appropriately
Maintain accurate records and ensure the front desk area is always tidy and presentable
Collaborate with other departments for seamless communication and coordination
Address complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Be a team player with the ability to discern situations and “Do The Right Thing”
Compensation:
$17.00 to $20.00 per hour and Overtime after 40 hrs, Sick, Holiday, Bonus and Vacation!
