JOB DUTIES
Assist with project paperwork (RFIs, submittals, change orders)
Organize files and maintain office records
Answer phones, schedule meetings, support project managers
Help process invoices and expense reports
General office + admin support
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma (college a plus)
Construction Office/Admin experience
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, reliable, detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
