We are seeking a dynamic and proficient Bilingual Administartive Assistant/ Enrollment Coordinator to join our team, supporting our programs.The ideal candidate will possess a great personality, exceptional administrative skills, communication skills, and a warm phone presence to effectively engage with parents and facilitate their enrollment experience. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel to different sites for compliance, tours and events.

Responsibilities:

- Manage leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and follow-ups, including making outbound calls to leads.

- Serve as the first point of contact at the reception, providing a welcoming atmosphere for families.

- Foster parent engagement and retention through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.

- Assist in operational and compliance tasks to maintain program standards.

- Handle various administrative duties, including email management and calendar organization.

- Open and sort mail, ensuring important correspondence is prioritized.

- Create and deliver presentations to showcase program offerings to potential families.

- Upload and manage documents related to enrollment and compliance.

- Provide miscellaneous support for special projects as needed.

- Coordinate tours for prospective families at various sites, traveling as necessary to ensure seamless experiences.

- Organize events and training sessions, managing logistics and participant communication.

- Support meetings by ensuring staff are informed of schedules and prepared with necessary materials.

- Order food and refreshments for meetings, ensuring a comfortable environment for staff.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal communication skills.

- Previous sales experience is a plus, enhancing parent engagement efforts.

- Knowledge of childcare practices and early childhood education is beneficial.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

- Must be willing to undergo clearance by the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS), which includes completing a physical and undergoing fingerprinting.

Additional Information:

- This is an office-based position must be willing to work from different locations as needed.

- Current working hours are from 10 AM to 2 PM, with occasional Saturdays for conducting tours.

- Opportunities for training and growth are available.

- The current pay rate is $18 per hour, with weekly pay.
