Administrative Assistant – Downtown Brooklyn – $45,000/year (Full-Time, 9–5)
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Downtown Brooklyn. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) offering $45,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
Manage schedules, maintain records, and handle correspondence.
Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and coordinating logistics.
Support social media management, including posting content and tracking engagement.
Provide excellent customer service and communication across the organization.
Requirements:
Strong clerical, administrative, and office management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic tech tools.
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
