Design Firm located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking for Administrative assistant
Provide administrative support to the Executives and the Design Team
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling both internal and external meetings
Arrange domestic and international travel logistics including flights, hotels, transportation
Assist with outgoing invoices, purchasing and phone calls
Manage expense reports and reimbursement processes
Assist with special projects and events as needed
Qualifications:
Degree preferred
2-3+ years of administrative experience
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must have strong client and vendors -facing skills
Compensation/Benefits:
Up to $60K-75K base depending on experience + bonus
