Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to executives and staff members.

-Maintain and update databases, records and filing systems.
-Handle incoming calls, emails and other correspondence, and redirect them as necessary.
-Coordinate office supplies, equipment and maintenance requests.
-Assist with event planning and coordination.
-Perform general clerical duties.
-Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of the Contracting or Construction industry is a plus.
