Job Description: Providing manager with administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
This will include but not limited to: maintaining digital and physical filing system, inputs and updates information in Quickbooks database, assisting with bank deposits and mail drops, creating and editing documents using Microsoft Office, answering/directing phone calls and operating office equipment including printers, copiers and scanners.
Long Term Only.
Spanish speaker is a plus.
Previous office experience required.
Big plus for prior experience working in the service industry. (Locksmith, Security, Plumbing, etc.)
The job is in Lower Manhattan (Metrocard will be provided).
