Concern Housing is seeking Per Diem Counselors to join our growing agency for providing relief coverage for staff at various program/sites. This position allows you to work around your schedule on a temporary/as needed basis while you gain experience and knowledge in the non-profit, social work field. Great opportunity for college students, or individuals looking for a supplemental income!

Title: Per Diem Counselor

Location: Brooklyn Locations

Schedule: 24/7; Days, Evenings, Weekends and Overnight shifts available

Salary: $20.00/hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Provide site or program coverage as needed.

-Monitor medications as needed and required.

-Responsible for documentation of client contact, collateral contracts and any other relevant information.

-Assist clients with household/apartment responsibilities as needed.

-Provide transportation in agency vehicles for clients as needed.

-Responsible for performing other tasks as needed and assigned by supervisor.

-Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.

Requirements: Per Diem Counselors are required to have a High School Diploma or equivalent and some experience in a similar setting or education in the field of Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling or related field.
