-RESIDENTIAL WORKER: HS diploma, or equivalent, valid NYS Security Guard License
-CASE MANGER: master's degree in social work preferred, or related field. Minimum of one year of case management, or bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of case management experience
-SHIFT SUPERVISOR: experience with homeless families and knowledge of issues of homelessness, or residential services. Bilingual preferred
-HOUSING SPECIALIST: HS diploma, or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience, Completion of a 2-hour mandates reporter training course (can be done upon hire), bilingual preferred
