What You'll Do:
Translate architectural drawings and design specifications into precise CNC programs.
Utilize CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, Aspire, Enroute, Adobe suite) to generate efficient and accurate toolpaths.
Optimize programs for material utilization, machining time, and quality.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and shop personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues.
Maintain and update CNC program libraries.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Ensure safe work practices and adherence to company standards.
What You Bring:
Proven experience as a CNC Millwork Programmer.
Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Rhino, Enroute & Aspire).
In-depth knowledge of CNC machining processes and techniques.
Understanding of various wood species and materials.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Include specific machine experience, experience with 3-axis CNC machines
