Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer who excels in both packaging and graphic design and is adept at thinking outside the box. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in creating compelling, high-end packaging and visual identities that capture the essence of luxury and innovation. Your role will be crucial in developing packaging that not only stands out on the shelf but also enhances the overall consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging Design: Develop and execute high-end packaging solutions that reflect the luxury and sophistication of our reed diffusers, room sprays, and new fragrance lines.
Graphic Design: Create striking graphic designs that complement our packaging and elevate our brand’s visual identity.
Innovative Solutions: Think creatively to devise unique design concepts and solutions that differentiate our products in a competitive market.
Collaborative Design: Partner with marketing, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging across all platforms.
Project Management: Oversee design projects from initial concept through to final production, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in both packaging and graphic design, particularly in the high-end or luxury sectors.
Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing your expertise in packaging and graphic design, demonstrating creative and innovative thinking.
Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Creativity: Strong ability to generate out-of-the-box design solutions that push the boundaries of conventional packaging and graphics.
Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail with a deep understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and packaging materials.
Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects.
