We are currently seeking a Part Time Sales Associate for Title of Work’s flagship store in the LES.
Individuals must have exceptional customer service skills and an appreciation and understanding of the brand.
Requirements:
-Prior retail sales experience in a high-end or specialty retail store.
-Ability to work on weekends.
-Solid communication and interpersonal skills
-A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Responsibilities include:
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
-Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
-Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly basis
-Maintain presentable retail presentation
-Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
-Process POS (point of sale) purchases
-Build productive relationships with clients
-Comply with inventory control procedures
-Suggest ways to optimize sales (e.g. planning marketing activations in-store)
