We are looking for a Part-time (10-20 hrs per week) Production Assistant. This position is to assist in the post production process of a Family Portrait Studio (See samples of work on our website below).
You should be a self-motivated person with interest and skills in retouching portraits.
Post Production responsibilities include:
- Culling and edit portrait sessions and events (weddings, Mitzvahs)
- Prepare presentations for clients.
- Retouch images ordered by clients.
- Place orders to lab.
Required skills & software:
- Lightroom: Working knowledge.
- Photoshop: Retouching skills.
- Working use of Wacom tablet and stylus pen
- Use of keyboard shortcuts (Photoshop and Lightroom)
- Comfortable using PC (Not Mac)
Other useful skills & software knowledge:
- Photo Mechanic (for culling images)
- ProSelect (for creating presentations)
- Adobe Bridge
