Position 1: High-Volume Telemarketer (Ticket Sales & Lead Engagement)
Make 100–200+ calls per day
Sell event tickets, update lead lists, and engage cold and warm leads
Results-driven role — we expect conversions, not just calls
Must be confident selling low to high-ticket offers
Experience with corporate calling and cold outreach is required
Position 2: Appointment Setter (Sales Team Support)
Book qualified appointments for our internal sales team
Follow up with inbound and warm leads
Expected to set 4–8 quality appointments daily
Must be organized, focused, and strong at building rapport
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or B2B lead generation
Ability to follow directions, stick to scripts, and adapt when needed
Proficient with Google Docs, Excel, and CRMs (Salesforce or HubSpot a plus)
Comfortable speaking with professionals and getting past gatekeepers
Must have a quiet home office and reliable internet connection
Self-motivated and deadline-driven
Compensation and Details
Hourly pay plus commissions
20–30 hours per week
