Job Summary:
As the Social Media Marketing, you will be the driving force behind our online presence. You will manage all aspects of our social media strategy, from content creation to community engagement, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
-Create and curate compelling content, including photos, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
-Manage and monitor all social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
-Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and special offers to drive traffic and increase customer engagement.
-Track and analyze the performance of social media content, using insights to adjust strategies and improve results.
-Manage the restaurant's online reputation by monitoring reviews and responding appropriately.
-Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to enhance our online presence.
-Collaborate with other team members (e.g., marketing, kitchen staff) to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
-Assist with additional marketing activities as needed, including email campaigns and website content.
Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
-Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
-Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
-Passion for food, hospitality, and digital storytelling.
-Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus, but not required.
