My client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead cross-channel marketing efforts and drive measurable growth across our ecosystem.
About the Role
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll own the execution, optimization, and effectiveness of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Your focus will span programmatic advertising, audience strategy, digital PR, paid social, and SEM—key pillars in our performance marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will excel in programmatic media buying, manage full-funnel campaigns, and demonstrate a sharp analytical mind to optimize every touchpoint. This position also involves contributing to the broader growth strategy, leveraging digital marketing to build brand awareness and scale user acquisition.
Please note: Experience with adult content marketing is a significant advantage for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Channels – 80% Focus
- Programmatic Advertising: Set up and manage programmatic campaigns, leveraging platforms like DV360 and other buying solutions to maximize ROI.
- Paid Social Media: Oversee campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and X, including campaign management, creative briefing, copywriting, and funnel strategy.
- Paid Search Marketing: Create and optimize high-performing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, utilizing data-driven keyword research and strategic bidding.
Other Growth Strategies – 20% Focus
- Digital PR: Craft strategies to amplify the company’s presence through high-impact digital PR campaigns.
- SEO: Conduct in-depth keyword research, oversee content optimization, and build comprehensive link-building initiatives.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Optimize email campaigns and implement automation workflows using platforms like Klaviyo or
HubSpot.
- Performance Optimization & Analytics
- Perform ongoing A/B testing, creative testing, and cross-channel optimization to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to produce impactful visual reports and actionable insights, using tools like Google Analytics (GA4),
Looker Studio, and Tableau.
- Lead the creation of high-performing ad creatives and tailored landing pages that resonate with our audience.
- Operations & Collaboration
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure allocation aligns with ROI goals.
- Maintain expertise in emerging tools, platforms, and industry trends to refine our strategies.
- Support the Growth Strategy Team and partner with creative and technical teams to drive success.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 7+ years in full-funnel digital and performance marketing, with expertise in programmatic advertising, audience strategy, paid social,
SEM, and digital PR.
- Proven success managing complex campaigns in varied ad ecosystems, notably in adult content marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and marketing analytics platforms.
Key Skills
- Operational expertise with SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush.
- Cross-channel digital management and hands-on campaign execution.
- A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and creative experimentation.
- Proficiency in email marketing and automation tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page creation is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fast-paced agency or startup environments.
- Experience with platforms such as Juicyads, ExoClick, Trafficstars etc
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Voluum.
