We are a prominent immigration law firm with offices in Brooklyn & Manhattan. We currently have a staff of about 20 employees and are seeking to immediately hire a Personal / Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Calendar Management;
Creating and posting text and video content on social media;
Reviewing weekly and monthly financial reports;
Scheduling and attending weekly meetings with different departments;
Weekly meetings with owner for brainstorming;
Monitoring staff;
Personal errands.
The ideal candidate must have:
Minimum of one full year of personal / executive assistant experience;
High level of confidentiality;
Very high degree of detail orientation;
Fluency in a 2nd language;
Excellent oral communication skills;
Excellent email & text communication (grammar);
Excellent Word, Excel & PowerPoint computer skills;
Excellent Project Management Skills.
This is a full-time in office position (this is not a remote or hybrid position). The hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The starting salary is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 yearly (depending on experience) plus overtime, yearly bonuses, fully paid medical and dental insurance (no employee contributions), 401k plan with matching, paid time off, and a tremendous opportunity for growth.
