Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in digital marketing, particularly within the restaurant or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand development, online engagement, and customer acquisition strategies to enhance our visibility and drive traffic to our restaurants. The role requires hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, advertising, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Manage and create content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, and more.
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and content calendar.
Optimize online presence through SEO best practices and website management.
Plan and manage advertising campaigns across paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Execute email marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies through newsletter creation and distribution.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and culinary, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Develop influencer and partnership marketing strategies to expand brand reach.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing tools, and competitor strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and paid advertising.
Experience with SEO, website management, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Proficiency in email marketing tools and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent copywriting, visual content creation, and communication skills.
Ability to create and edit engaging visual content for digital platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience in influencer partnerships and public relations is a plus.
