We are a solo attorney firm specializing in commercial litigation, real estate and construction litigation, and select bankruptcy cases. We are looking for a skilled professional with experience sourcing and onboarding freelance legal talent for small firms with limited budgets.
Your role will involve:
- Recruiting per diem attorneys for depositions and court appearances.
- Identifying and engaging of-counsel attorneys to provide case advice and draft legal documents.
- Sourcing freelance paralegals to manage the firm’s day-to-day operations.
