Our office represents immigrants and their families in both routine and complex immigration and removal defense matters.
We are seeking an attorney with strong legal writing/research skills; and experience drafting substantive briefs, motions and appeals. 2+ years prior immigration law experience is preferred but not required.
You will be expected to research, draft, and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and appeals.
You should be able to work independently and posses excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
This can be an on-site FT salaried position or a remote PT contract position.
Requirements:
1) J.D. from an accredited law school
2) Admission to practice law in one of the 50 states
3) 2+ Years immigration law experience
4) Ability to handle deadline driven assignments
5) Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely
