Real Estate Paralegal/Legal Assistant

A solo practitioner is seeking a paralegal in a hybrid role (in-person and remote). The candidate must have experience in a real estate law firm and live within driving distance of the office in the event their assistance is needed time to time. The right candidate will provide support with respect to all aspects of real estate transactions including: closing documents and statements, review title reports and surveys, preparing closing binders, and coordination of distribution of funds. In addition, maintain real estate department forms, records, emails, phone calls and case file organization.
