About the Role:
You will work on a diverse range of matters including commercial litigation, personal injury, employment law, real estate, and corporate transactions. Trial experience is highly recommended.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Represent clients in court, hearings, depositions, and other proceedings
Advise clients on legal strategies and options
Manage case deadlines and discovery compliance
Collaborate with colleagues on complex matters
Prepare and try cases when necessary
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in New York
3+ years of law firm or corporate legal experience
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Additional Details:
Car recommended for travel between offices and court appearances
