Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and affidavits.
- Assisting with case preparation, including organizing evidence and preparing exhibits.
- Conducting legal research and summarizing findings for attorneys.
- Managing filing deadlines and maintaining case files.
- Coordinating with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
- Preparing e-filings for New York courts.

Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years as a paralegal (litigation experience preferred).
- Education: Paralegal certificate or relevant legal studies.
- Strong knowledge of New York court procedures and legal terminology.
- Proficiency with legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with e-filing in federal and New York State courts.
- Experience supporting attorneys remotely.
- Multilingual is a plus (Spanish, Creole, etc.).
