An established immigration law firm in New York City has an immediately available position for an attorney with at least 1 full year of experience handling employment-based cases including EB1, O1, H1B, L1, and PERM. Must have experience with a high-volume practice and able to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines. Foreign language proficiency is a plus. The starting salary is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 yearly (depending on experience) plus overtime, weekly and yearly bonuses, fully paid medical and dental insurance (no employee contributions), 401k plan with matching, paid time off, and a tremendous opportunity for growth. The hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This is a full-time, in-office position (not hybrid or remote).
