This full-time, bilingual fluent Spanish/ English speaking in-person receptionist position is primarily responsible for answering the phones, greeting clients, and performing administrative support duties. Essential job duties require being able to read and speak Spanish. Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor and grammar. Equally important are a professional appearance at all times, punctuality, and attendance.
Experience: must have 1 year minimum office or administrative work

The hourly salary is $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience.We provide a ½ hour of paid lunch and paid time-off, including holidays, sick leave, and weeks/days of vacation in the first full year.
Our New York office is located in Long Island City, Queens in the Apple Building 30-30 Northern Boulevard, Long Island City, NY 11101 near the N, W, E, M, and R trains. Office hours are Monday through Thurs 9-5:30 pm, Friday 9:30- 1:30 pm; and alternating Saturdays 9:30-1:30 pm. (if you work on Saturday, you will have Friday off) Training will be provided.
All candidates must have proof of being able to legally work in the United States. Acceptable forms of proof include unexpired work authorizations, lawful permanent residency card, or proof of US citizenship.
