Compensation:
$100: For an initial assessment and advice of the merits of a disability university accommodations case.
$200: For a formal written assessment on law firm letterhead, applying relevant law and precedent to the facts of the case.
TBD: For potential future assistance, with rates to be mutually agreed upon.
Case Overview:
This case involves a student who was denied a requested accommodation at a SUNY university. We are seeking an attorney to evaluate the strength of the case and advise on potential administrative and legal options.
Desired Expertise:
